Enjoy this memorable dining experience curated by a local legend.

Burlingame

Burlingame hosts a locally-driven culinary experience for guests. Chef Chad Livingston, in partnership with Chef Sean Blanchette of The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas and Chef Dylan Benoit of Prime Kitchen, create a menu that will delight each guest as they savor cuisine and libations.

Perfect Pairings

The art of pairing food and wines is demonstrated to an intimate group. Chef Okan and a guest sommelier share insight on the wine characteristics, grapes and pairing with the flavor of the dishes. Generous wine pours and delicious bites abound as long-lived wine myths are debunked, and your appreciation of pairing wines expands.

Savor impeccable New World flavors from Brazil, Argentina, and Puerto Rico as acclaimed chefs create a coursed menu accompanied by curated tequila tastings prepared by a master mixologist.

Amelia Island Cookout

Meet and mingle with extraordinary chefs and beverage experts as they take their best work outdoors for an oceanfront cookout. With an unforgettable backdrop of dunes and ocean, enjoy sizzling seafood and grilled and slow-roasted meats and other creations from island and national chefs along with abundant wine and cocktails, desserts and live entertainment.

Chefs Theater

Salt restaurant Chef Okan Kizilbayir refreshes the traditional cooking school format with an intimate gathering around the demonstration table to learn how to prepare two themed entrees and a dessert. Each dish is paired with wines to be savored while engaging with Okan and guest chefs.

Mystery Destination Lunch

A culinary luncheon adventure like no other awaits at an undisclosed island location announced 24 hours before the event. Master Chefs Dinner

Salt restaurant provides the perfect setting for the finale event of the weekend, The Master Chefs Dinner. The artful pairing of wines are sure to captivate the senses and enhance flavors and delicious memories.
